木雕藝術家駐校計劃＋傳統獅頭民間工藝師駐校計劃

繼 2011 年的「大頭佛寫書法」工作坊及展覽，香港兆基創意書院於本學年邀請了香港雕塑家何遠良先生及傳統獅頭師傅陳澧祥先生，分別舉辦木雕工作坊及獅頭工作坊。何遠良先生帶領學生從回收被砍掉的樹木木材開始，發揮創意，以傳統木刻藝術的雕塑技巧創作。陳澧祥先生則與學生分享獅頭的製作、演變和歷史，親身教授學生創作的技巧。是次展覽展示了學生對兩種傳統藝術進行的探索及創作成果。

We are most honored to have invited Mr Ho Yuen Leung and Mr Paul Chan to be our guest tutors of two workshops held from the beginning of this school year. Mr Ho Yuen Leung, a well-known local sculptor, guided students from collecting wood trunks to turning them into carved, creative sculptures; while Mr Paul Chan, a Chinese traditional craftsman, showed students his nimble hands in bundling Chinese traditional lion heads. The creations of both teachers and students from these two workshops series are being featured in an exhibition.
